When I set out to build Paqueteri.app (https://paqueteri.app/), a PaaS for managing mailrooms at scale, I didn’t start with a massive team or endless budget. I leaned on today’s AI-native development ecosystem to move from idea to prototype to production-ready architecture in record time.

The Tech Stack That Made It Possible

Crawl

Lovable.dev was my foundation, generating a mobile-first prototype that already integrated with Supabase and role-based dashboards.
Supabase handled authentication, database, row-level security, storage, and edge functions, providing me with the kind of backend that normally takes weeks to set up.
Cursor and Claude Code became my pair-programming partners, accelerating feature builds and refactors.

Walk

Netlify and Vercel powered the CI/CD pipelines and hosting, letting me focus on features instead of deployments.

Run

Make.com and n8n automated everything from OCR processing to Slack notifications.
Firecrawl helped me scrape and structure data for testing and marketing content.
Bolt and Grok streamlined front-end experiments and integrations, saving cycles on UI and developer tooling.

And of course, ChatGPT was the glue, helping me design schemas, debug pipelines, and even write marketing copy like this.

From Prototype to Platform

What used to take quarters can now be done in weeks. I spun up a multi-role mailroom app with Admin, Clerk, and Resident dashboards, full CRUD for building and package data, QR code-based retrieval, and OCR-powered check-in flows. On top of that, I built a marketing website with pricing tiers, localization, and a modern design, all generated and hosted using the same AI-first toolkit.

Why This Matters

The combination of these tools isn’t just about speed, it’s about leverage. One engineer can now do the work of a full product squad, while keeping quality and scalability high. Paqueteri.app is already designed to handle millions of package transactions per day, and the marketing site is optimized for conversion without needing a dedicated web team.
